The Origin of the Chip Time Capsule
The Chip Time Capsule, envisioned, designed, and invented by Mars Taira (MT), Chief Designer at Mars e‑Bank.com Inc., has earned multiple international design patents and Gold Design Awards. Crafted from a fusion of chip, gold, plastic, and an innovative LED component—the Illuminated Gold Card—the first-generation form achieves a compact, wearable design. A system operation blueprint was then designed.
Inspired by MT’s beloved Maltese dogs, Mars and Sun, the system was named MarSun DiDi app. The sound of a dog’s bark, “woof woof,” was reimagined as “DiDi” in the system. Thus, it was named the MarSun DiDi app.
By simply tapping a smartphone with built-in NFC as a serial number scanner onto the Chip Time Capsule, users can bind and configure their Chip Time Capsule, allowing them to store happy memories—whether it's photos, a video, or a heartfelt message.
Beyond storage, the Chip Time Capsule offers time lock, password protection, and even remote data deletion, supporting up to 100,000 read-write cycles.
